Normalment tot lo relacionat amb joguets, roba o merchandising per nens sembla que funciona. Per posar-te un exemple: tenim un client de Ja\u00e9n que ven motxilles, cal\u00e7at i joguets tematitzats amb els personatges infantils de moda. Doncs va obrir el novembre passat, i segons ens ha explicat nom\u00e9s ha fet una petita inversi\u00f3 en Facebook Ads i res m\u00e9s: a dia d&#8217;avui ja porta m\u00e9s de 700 comandes&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quins creus que tindran m\u00e9s \u00e8xit a curt-mig termini? Els generalistes o els m\u00e9s especialitzats?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jo crec que els especialitzats\u00a0sense cap dubte. Els emprenedors han de donar valor afegit, productes exclusius, servei pre i post venda, i especialitzaci\u00f3. Aquesta hauria de ser l&#8217;aposta clara per poder quedar-se amb un trosset, molt petit aix\u00f2 si, del past\u00eds de l&#8217;ecommerce.<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha qui diu que Amazon, Walmart i les grans corporacions acabaran fent tancar a totes les botigues petites per\u00f2 jo no ho crec pas. Mai podran oferir el que les botigues petites poden oferir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parlant sobre segmentaci\u00f3 de clients, quin creus que seria la millor pol\u00edtica per classificar-los?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>M&#8217;agrada que en parlem de segmentaci\u00f3, d\u2019intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia de client i de creaci\u00f3 de perfils perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s un dels punts que treballem al laboratori d&#8217;Oleo per incorporar-ho de forma nativa a la nostre eina de creaci\u00f3 de botigues online Oleoshop.<\/p>\n<p>La segmentaci\u00f3 de clients \u00e9s un dels conceptes m\u00e9s interessants i menys treballats i explotats per les botigues online actualment. Crec que hi ha una explicaci\u00f3, i \u00e9s que encara est\u00e0 tot molt verd: els botiguers digitals encara son molt novells, les eines i plataformes no estan preparades o pensades per explotar-ho i en general tampoc es t\u00e9 una idea clara i precisa de qu\u00e8 fer-ne un cop segmentats.<\/p>\n<p>Fa pocs anys vaig treballar en un projecte amb els supermercats Caprabo on ens va tocar fer un kiosk que l&#8217;usuari selecciona i s&#8217;imprimeix descomptes a partir de la targeta client, \u00e9s a dir, en funci\u00f3 del seu perfil. Si voleu fer un cop d&#8217;ull podeu trobar les m\u00e0quines instal\u00b7lades en un munt de supermercats Caprabo. De l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia all\u00e0 vaig treure que un dels punts m\u00e9s importants eren les decisions finals tradu\u00efdes en compres, \u00e9s a dir, el ticket de compra. A partir d&#8217;aqu\u00ed girava tota l&#8217;oferta de descomptes i accions de m\u00e0rqueting cap al client. I t\u00e9 tot el sentit del m\u00f2n sota el meu punt de vista que sigui un dels punts amb m\u00e9s pes.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, per contestar a la teva pregunta, crec que el que t\u00e9 m\u00e9s impacte al final alhora de classificar i prendre decisions \u00e9s l&#8217;hist\u00f2ric de vendes.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, com que en el m\u00f3n online podem guardar i analitzar el comportament de l&#8217;usuari dins el lloc web, les visites que fa, el temps que est\u00e0, etc&#8230; aquest seria el segon factor que faria servir per la creaci\u00f3 de perfils.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda tamb\u00e9 val la pena parlar d&#8217;un concepte que crec que ser\u00e0 important per avan\u00e7ar en l&#8217;automatitzaci\u00f3 i personalitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia de compra i del que no en sento a parlar: dotar de sem\u00e0ntica al cat\u00e0leg de productes.<\/p>\n<p>Si tenir uns perfils de clients molt acurats i treballats per\u00f2 els nostres cat\u00e0legs de productes son simples bases de dades d&#8217;informaci\u00f3, crec que ens falta una pe\u00e7a per acabar de fer-ho b\u00e9. Aqu\u00ed entrar\u00edem en la definici\u00f3 dels productes per tipologies, adjectivar-los per games i nivells, tipus d&#8217;\u00fas, vida \u00fatil, etc.. i en la creaci\u00f3 de relacions entre productes complementaris, substitutius, compatibles&#8230; b\u00e9, podr\u00edem estar-hi hores per fer perfils de productes i dotar-los de sem\u00e0ntica que ens ajudi a establir patrons.<\/p>\n<p>Al final, amb la informaci\u00f3 del perfil hum\u00e0, la seva navegaci\u00f3, les dades de l&#8217;entorn, el seu comportament hist\u00f2ric, les tend\u00e8ncies actuals, les compres anteriors, el cat\u00e0leg sem\u00e0ntic i finalment creuant les regles de negoci establertes pel botiguer dins el seu panell de control, haur\u00edem de ser capa\u00e7os de donar al nostre client l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia personalitzada desitjada.<\/p>\n<p>Una dels meus reptes \u00e9s que Oleoshop en un futur sigui capa\u00e7 de gestionar, analitzar i comportar-se a partir de tota aquesta informaci\u00f3 per donar respostes comercials adequades i guanyadores. Per\u00f2 no ser\u00e0 cosa de dos dies \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quines accions podem fer un cop tenim segmentats a aquests clients?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Doncs un munt d&#8217;accions, des de recomanacions personalitzades, ofertes i descomptes que s&#8217;ajustin a les teves necessitats, enviament d&#8217;emails i avisos amb productes dins les teves prefer\u00e8ncies o necessitats, publicitat dins el web per\u00f2 segmentada per perfil de client&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moltes
